BJH Advisors Moderates Panel at Hindsight Conference

BJH Advisors organized and participated in a panel on shared equity housing at the fifth and final Hindsight Conference, sponsored by APA New York. The panel was moderated by Anna Marsh of BJH Advisors and featured James Johnson-Piett of Urbane, Jason Webb of Grounded Solutions Network, and Manu Delgado-Medrano of BJH Advisors. The panelists discussed shared equity housing models such as Community Land Trusts, Community Investment Trusts, and Rental Equity programs, which preserve affordable housing and create opportunities for low-income households to secure equity in and benefit from the appreciation of their real estate assets. We thank all the panelists for their inputs, and we thank everyone who was able to attend.
