BJH Attends “Penn Tour and Discussion” Led by Urban Design Forum

BJH Advisors attended a tour of Penn Station led by the Urban Design Forum. The tour began at the new Moynihan Trail Hall, then went through some of the under-construction areas of Penn Station and concluded with a visit to the new conference facility at the recently renovated Penn 1 office building. Representatives of Amtrak, Empire State Development, and Vornado made an informal briefing, followed by a lively Q&A session, on planned improvements to the station and surrounding district.
