Diamond District, Richmond, VA Economic Impact and Incentives Analysis
BJH Advisors completed an economic impact analysis and incentive analysis for a proposed mixed-use district surrounding a minor league baseball stadium in Richmond, VA. BJH modeled temporary construction and ongoing permanent impacts associated with the stadium, office, residential, retail, and other ancillary uses of the district. BJH also provided research on available as-of-right city and state public financing tools to support the project, including the Virginia Community Development Authorities district, which have been used to finance, fund, construct, operate and maintain infrastructure of the project.
