New Haven, CT School Redevelopment Study
As part of a team under Interboro Partners, BJH Advisors generated a market analysis for potential redevelopment uses in a historic school project, including residential, retail, and community facilities. BJH then created a high-level residual land value analysis to evaluate highest and best uses and assess construction costs for the school redevelopment. Lastly, BJH researched available incentives to assist in filling project financing gaps.
