BJH Advisors hosting a panel on the development of the Hudson Yards District

BJH Advisors hosted the Atlanta Link contingency for a panel on the development of the Hudson Yards District. Panel members included BJH Partners Kei Hayashi and Michael Meola, Practice for Architecture and Urbanism (PAU) Founder Vishaan Chakrabarti, FAIA, NYC Department of City Planning Executive Director Edith Hsu-Chen, Fried Frank Partner Anita Laremont, and COO for Related Companies at Hudson Yards Andrew Rosen.

The following day, Michael Meola led a tour of the district — providing insights and lessons learned regarding the multi-billion dollar district planning and infrastructure project — that included a new subway station, parks, and hundreds of units of affordable housing. Marjorie (Maggie) Haight ended the tour with a description of the public-private partnership that financed the completion of Moynihan Station's historic train hall. Atlanta organizations that were on the tour included: Atlanta Regional Commission, Centennial Yards Atlanta, Atlanta Beltline, and Atlanta Land Trust, Inc.
