BJH worked with Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation (BSRC), Totem, and Adjaye Associates to conduct a capital requirements and residual land value analysis that will allow the organization to optimally plan for and implement the development on its site. BSRC aims to erect two buildings,16 and 13-stories, on the western side of Restoration Plaza at 1386 Fulton Street. There will also be a four-story community building with a focus on current and cultural institutions. More information on the development can be found in the Real Deal article.
