Sound Transit (Seattle) – P3 Advisory Services: Engagement manager for advisory work on potential viability of delivering $15 billion in light rail and bus rapid transit projects through public-private partnerships (P3)
Charlotte Area Transit System – 2030 System Plan: Led development of financial plan and model for $180 million TIFIA loan for the $1.1 billion Blue Line Extension light rail project; led fare analysis and KPI development initiative; advised C-suite on various strategic initiatives
