Kiki Fahumnuayphol, Associate
Kiki Fahumnuayphol is an Associate at BJH. Kiki draws from her background in real estate leasing, sales, and market research to provide holistic financial analyses for private and public sector clients. Her recent projects at BJH include creating a pro forma analysis for a mixed-use affordable housing project in Brooklyn and contributing to an analysis of the hotel market in Long Island City. Kiki also recently assisted on a report analyzing the potential for economic growth and land value increases around Penn Station that would result from relocating Madison Square Garden.
Kiki completed her BA at the Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand and her Master of Science in Real Estate Development at Columbia University. Prior to BJH, Kiki worked as a Senior Analyst for CBRE’s Research and Consulting Services firm in Thailand. At CBRE, Kiki performed rigorous due diligence and developed recommendations for two mixed-use projects in Bangkok with combined values of $4.7 billion. Kiki also headed the Bangkok condo market analysis for CBRE’s quarterly Bangkok Property Report, which required leading a team to aggregate and analyze data from more than 2,000 condo projects.
Kiki has expertise with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, pro forma development, capital structures, and loan underwriting, and has excellent financial modeling and project management skills developed through both her professional and academic experiences
