Erin Delaney, Intern Analyst

Erin joins BJH Advisors while pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics at Hamilton College.

Through extensive economics coursework at Hamilton College, Erin has developed a strong academic background in urban economics, financial market trends, economic development, and economic policy. Erin furthered her data analysis and Excel skills through a financial modeling seminar held at her college.

Erin gained exposure to real estate through her recent internship at Banker & Tradesman, a news publication that covers the Massachusetts finance, banking, and real estate industries. During this internship, she developed and wrote articles on topics such as rising Boston office vacancies, carbon emission regulations for commercial buildings, development initiatives by the City of Boston and MassHousing, and the role of Al in commercial real estate. She improved her ability to interpret and synthesize economic data and had the opportunity to interview professionals in commercial real estate, brokerage research, real estate, advisory, and green financing.

At Hamilton, Erin is a member of the Women in Finance organization and holds the position of News Editor on the campus newspaper.

Erin has experience with the Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
